      BUTLER v BUTLER.
      In this suit Fredk. Butler petitioned for a
      divorce from Agnes Maud Butler (formerly
      Ezzy), alleging adultery with one Ernest Vic-
      tor Foster, who was joined as co-respondent.
      Petitioner and respondent were married at
      Strathfield in 1909. Mr. Paterson (instructed
      by Mr. W. H. Woodward) appeared for the
      petitioner, who was granted a decree nisi,
      returnable in six months, co-respondent being
      ordered to pay costs of the suit.
