  Notes	Abel marries Elizabeth Brewitt at St Chads. I have certificate. Says Abel’s father is Joseph a butcher and Elizabeth’s father is a farmer . She is unmarried living in Yorkshire steet, Rochdale. I think the professions are transposed and Joseph is the farmer. A farmer would not live at Yorkshire Street but a butcher would. Abel living at Lowerfold and is fuller. This connects him to Robert and Joseph’s first marriage. In 1881 census Abel living at Healey Hall Lodge, Spotland which is adjacent to Lowerfold.
