This was a suit brought by Florence May Curry (formerly Lydiard) against Richard Ignatius Curry for the dissolution of the marriage on the ground of misconduct by the respondent with a woman who was un- known to petitioner The parties were mar- ried on February 25, 1906, at St. Peter's, Surry Hills, according to the rites of the Roman Catholic Church. She was then 19, and re- ceived her father's consent to the marriage. Petitioner gave evidence as to various places at which they lived in Sydney and in the country, and said that respondent never made a permanent home for her, and she lived with him sometimes in a tent and sometimes in a room. Between 1907 and 1908 she obtained evidence which led to the present suit. Decree nisi granted, and made returnable. In six months, petitioner to have the custody of the child, the issue of the marriage.
