A Popular Wedding
NOTT— YEO.
A very pretty wedding was solem-
nised by Rev. W. T. Hotston on
Tuesday last at the residence of Mr.
John Yeo, of "Wattle Vale,"
Dunedoo, the contracting par-
ties being Ada, eldest dau-
ghter of Mr. and Mrs. John
Yeo, and John Henry, third son of
the late John Nott. The bride, who
was given away by her father, wore
a fascinating gown of ivory tinted
duchess satin. The bodice was of
Irory ninon, draped with honiton
lace. She wore the customary
wreath and veil, and carried a beau-
tiful circle of orange blossoms. She
also wore a gold brooch, the gift of
the bridegroom. The bride's pre-
sent to the bridegroom was a gold
watch chain. Miss Allie Yeo acted as
bridesmaid. She was dressed in a
dainty dress of white silk, with trim-
mings to match. She received from
the bridegroom a gold necklace. Mr.
Geo. Patterson acted as best man.
The wedding breakfast was partaken
of at the residence, where the usual
toasts were proposed and honored.
The happy couple left by the mail
train the same day to spend their
honeymoon in Katoomba and Syd-
ney. The presents were an excellent
collection and very valuable. - [S3022] NSW Marriage Index, NSW Registry of Births Deaths & Marriages, 2330/1912 NOTT JOHN HYEO ADA MERRIWA.
