NELSON V. NELSON. Harriet Canopus Nelson, of Cassell-street, South Melbourne, petitioned for a dissolution of her marriage with James Nelson, of Yarra plane, South Melbourne, stamper, on the grounds of drunkenness, cruelty, and neglect. The marriage took place at St. Mark's Church of England, Fitz roy, on June 30, 1864, and four children are living. The respondent filed an answer, in which he denied his wife's allegations. Mr. Woolf appeared for the petitioner, and the respondent appeared in person. A decree nisi was granted, with costs, the petitioner to have the custody of three children under the age of 16 years..
